NIZUC has also partnered with national suppliers to offer a variety of Kosher-certified foods, including a variety of fresh fish, pasta, pizzas, and salads. All dairy products served are D Cholov Yisroel. KMD Kosher Maguen David provides all meat and other foods offered at NIZUC that are Kurson Kosher certified. Our catering specialists will be at your service to ensure that we provide you with the highest standards throughout your stay and each of your events. All food is prepared in NIZUC’s dedicated kitchens using separate utensils for meat, dairy, or parve.

Sleek surfaces of glass, slate, and granite combine with rustic, recycled, and indigenous materials such as a thatched roof palapa entrance, walls of local limestone, ceilings adorned with mangrove branches, and passageways of milled tropical wood.
