Ramona, named after the wife of NIZUC’s founder, pays homage to Mexican culinary traditions with a serene and elegant ambiance. The restaurant’s design features natural stone pavements, a historic Michoacán entrance from the XVII century, and a breathtaking view of the sea. Its interior is adorned with chandeliers, a vaulted ceiling, a wine cellar, and a replica of an Augustinian Malinalco Monastery mural from the XVI century, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
