Coloring

Coloring is a great activity to do from home with kids or on your own as a way to relieve stress and provide a welcome break from electronic devices.

Coloring is relaxing and may reduce stress, anxiety, depression, and PTSD.  There are few daily activities that can improve your mood, productivity, and ability to cope with stress as much as getting enough high-quality sleep — and coloring before you go to bed can help.

Here are Mayan and Mexican illustrations for you to download and print at home. We invite you to pull out your colored pencils, markers or crayons and enjoy the meditative and relaxing attributes the art of coloring will bring.
