Here three mindful breathing practices filmed exclusively for NIZUC by international breathwork and mindfulness coach, Artur Paulins. Each breathwork sequence, entitled ‘Breath of Fire’, ‘Coherence Breath’ and ‘Square Breathing’, is intended to bring calm, stillness, inner strength and contentment. Artur Paulins will then lead a virtual class on NIZUC’s Instagram IGTV.
The filmed breathing sequences are designed to be viewed independently or can be put together to create a longer practice at home.
