• Hibiscus Flower Aguachile with Kampachi Rosette
• Grilled Shrimp with Ginger and Yellow Daisy Flower
• Pink Mole with Quail, Beet Confit, and Flower Petals
• Vanilla Honey and Raspberry Rose dessert

The delectable five-course menu includes a glass of our signature wine and can be enjoyed for $1,950 pesos per person plus a service charge, and will be available on February 12, 13 & 14, 2022.
