We are delighted to announce that our General Manager, Jaime Jaramillo, was recently named the “Friendliest General Manager” at Independent Hotels 2022 by Serandipians.

On March 28th, 2022, Serandipians held its 8th annual Essence of Luxury Travel Show featuring over 470 member agencies and luxury hotel partners in Marbella, Spain. During this event, Serandipians held its awards ceremony to celebrate leaders in the industry across multiple categories. NIZUC’s very own Jaime Jaramillo was nominated with five other general managers from hotels around the globe as the “Friendliest General Manager 2022”. Mr. Jaramillo was asked what it means to him to be recognized in this manner.
“It means being attentive, direct, and above all, authentic every day and with each encounter with our guests. From the moment of arrival throughout the course of their stay with us, I and our dedicated team at NIZUC strive to provide the highest level of service – knowing and anticipating their needs and personal preferences, resolving any situations that may arise, and exceeding expectations. Fostering strong, successful relationships and friendships with our travel advisors is a top priority for me. Getting to know them personally and investing time in sales calls, attending presentations and client events, and overseeing day-to-day operations with our mutual clients at the hotel allows me to maintain these partnerships.
