Diwali Festival, also known as the Festival of Lights, announces the New Year and is the most important celebration in Hindu culture. It represents prosperity and joy at the beginning of the new lunar cycle.
For all of those who savor gourmet experiences, our celebratory five-course tour brings together traditional flavors and aromas from Hindu regions with the delicious creations of our talented Chef Emilio González Montes.

The festive evening will begin with a Samosa appetizer made with potatoes, peas, mint raita, and apple chutney accompanied by a shot of ginger, apple, and yellow lemon.
Paneer Tikka Masala with bell pepper curry, cabbage, cilantro, mint, and red onion chutney accompanied by a mango and cardamom lassi drink.
Murg Tikka with basmati rice, pickled onion, coriander chutney, and sour cream, a dish accompanied by traditional cold chai tea.
The main course of Lamb Gost Ki Chap marinated lamb with yogurt, spices, red curry with spinach, cabbage, mint, coriander, pickled lemon, and chickpea puree with citrus, accompanied by a coconut and calpis martini
The journey is complete with a sweet delicacy of Gulab Jamun, kheer, and ice cream accompanied by warm milk with turmeric.
