Every spa treatment over 50 minutes begins with the NIZUC Thermal Experience. Immersing you in a range of temperatures and water pressure, this guided circuit of hydrotherapy truly awakens your senses.

The ritual starts in the Aromatic Steam Room, where you cover yourself in ESPA body scrubs to renew your skin, as you enjoy the soft scent of eucalyptus. From there, it’s on to the Revitalizing Showers, followed by a visit to the Sauna. Here, the dry heat and scented wood stimulate your metabolism.
After, you can close your pores with ice crystals and a refreshing cool mist shower in the Ice Room. Then, move on to the Solarium to warm up with a sunbath surrounded by the relaxing sounds of nature and soft music.

Next, you’ll enjoy a warm hydro-massage in the Vitality Pool, and then shock your senses in the Cold Plunge Pool. The experience comes to a close as you relax in the Thermic Loungers and enjoy a scalp massage and soothing eye lotion pads.
